Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Junior Software Engineer/Consultant at Netcompany?

At Netcompany, you won’t just write code — you’ll help shape digital solutions that transform how organizations operate across Europe. From day one, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and business, combining hands-on development with client-facing advisory work.

Based in Athens, you’ll join high-performing, agile teams delivering large-scale IT transformation projects for major public and private sector clients — projects that impact millions of users.

As a Junior Software Engineer/Consultant you will:

• Participate in all phases of IT projects — from requirements analysis and solution design to development, testing (UAT), and user training
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications using modern technologies such as Java, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with frameworks like Spring Boot, .NET, React.js, and Angular
• Contribute across the full stack, including backend, frontend, and system integrations within complex environments
• Support the implementation and integration of CRM/CX platforms
• Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing innovative solutions
• Take ownership of specific workstreams, contribute to agile ceremonies, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through reliability and technical excellence
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities within existing client engagements
• Create clear and concise technical and functional documentation
• Share knowledge within your team and grow into mentoring responsibilities over time

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams
