Job Description

The Senior Director of SaaS Implementations will lead a global team responsible for delivering world-class implementation services across Revalize’s suite of solutions, including PLM, CPQ, and CAD software. This role ensures scalable, standardized methodologies that drive customer success, accelerate time-to-value, and leverage AI-driven innovation to optimize delivery efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who thrives in high-growth environments and is passionate about operational excellence and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of Implementation Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
  • Design and champion a scalable, standardized implementation methodology that ensures predictable, high-quality delivery across the entire Revalize product suite.
  • Drive execution rigor by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver impactful SaaS platform training in partnership with functional leaders, empowering teams and customers to maximize value.
  • Oversee global resource planning to optimize utilization, balancing team capacity with evolving business demand.
  • Identify and implement process innovations that accelerate time-to-value, enhance delivery efficiency, and leverage automation where possible.
  • Track, forecast, and report on critical Professional Services KPIs, including billable utilization, time-to-value (TTV), and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives that improve customer outcomes and fuel recurring revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, articulating product value and recommending high-impact use cases to expand platform adoption.
  • Harness AI-enabled tools and methodologies to scale implementation processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational productivity.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of customer-facing SaaS implementation leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in high-growth environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading global implementation or Professional Services organizations, driving operational excellence and customer success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying standardized implementation frameworks at scale.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational performance and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI or automation to improve delivery efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence internal stakeholders and customer leadership teams.
  •  Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10%, including quarterly trips to Europe.

Preferences / Nice-to-Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions in the manufacturing technology sector, particularly CPQ, PLM, or CAD platforms.
  • Change management expertise and familiarity with organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Background in data-driven decision-making, including advanced analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency in AI-driven project management tools and emerging technologies that enhance implementation efficiency.
  • Multilingual capabilities or experience working in diverse, global environments.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time, bonus eligible position.  Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range. The listed compensation range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
