We are seeking a Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy and execution for Octane’s growing portfolio of captive white label partnerships. In this role, you will own the end-to-end marketing relationship with Octane’s captive partners — developing white-labeled campaigns, building partner-facing collateral, and driving adoption and volume through the captive channel.

You will play a pivotal role in partnering with a cross-functional team across sales, partnerships, product, risk, corporate communications, legal, engineering, and more. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable building strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute — who naturally reaches for AI tools to work smarter and move faster, and who can navigate the complexity of multi-stakeholder relationships while delivering measurable marketing results.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the marketing voice at the table across captive partner stakeholders, both internal and external, bringing a marketing lens to strategic conversations throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Develop white-labeled, multi-channel campaigns to drive adoption and engagement through Octane’s captive partnerships, ensuring all materials align with the partner’s brand identity.
  • Support captive partner onboarding from a marketing standpoint, including launch campaigns, welcome kits, and portal setup.
  • Ability to independently tackle projects from end to end, leveraging data and insights to inform strategy across multiple captive partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Work closely with the entire captive partnership team to hit quarterly sales and marketing targets.
  • Effective at tackling and balancing competing priorities across multiple captive partner programs. Adaptable when faced with change. Able to think critically to take projects to the finish line.
  • Demonstrable experience using AI tools to increase personal and team efficiency — from content development to campaign analysis — with a curiosity to keep pushing what’s possible.
  • Write in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience — whether internal stakeholders, captive partner contacts, or end consumers under a partner’s brand.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to find opportunities for full-funnel engagement.
  • Manage time to meet deadlines or proactively communicate roadblocks, particularly when navigating approval processes across multiple partner organizations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent followed by 6-8 years experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or co-marketing programs.
  • B2B and B2B2C experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate brand guidelines and approval processes across two organizations simultaneously.
  • Experience in a regulated industry or comfort working within compliance and legal review processes.
  • Powersports, RV, or Marine experience preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, captive finance, OEM partnerships, or dealer channel marketing strongly preferred.
  • Experience with a wide variety of sales and marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Claude, Gemini, Tableau, Figma, Asana, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience building marketing playbooks or toolkits that partners can self-serve from is preferred.
  • Experience managing a partner marketing portal or co-marketing asset library.
  • Familiarity with campaign performance reporting and ROI analysis at the partner level is preferred.
  • Project or program management experience, including scope, timelines, and intake prioritization across multiple concurrent partner programs is preferred.
  • Experience presenting to and working directly with external partner stakeholders  is preferred.

Compensation: In addition to salary, Total Rewards include bonus eligibility, a stock option package, and benefits as outlined below. The role described above offers a base salary of $95,000 to $130,000 + corporate bonus eligibility. Your offer will be based on location, the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job and internal equity.

Benefits:

  • Robust Health Care Plans (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Generous Parental Leave
  • Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy - Time Off When You Need It
  • Retirement Plan (401k) with company match!
  • Educational Assistance/Tuition Reimbursement up to $3K/year
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Short Term / Long Term Disability
  • Robust Ancillary benefits including accident insurance, hospital insurance, etc
  • Wellhub (Gympass) Wellness Benefit
