Embeds with product teams to enable AI adoption by building AI-powered plugins, skills, and integrations, then productizes solutions for broader platform use.
Aledadeâs AI Enablement team enables, educates, and supports the Product, Tech, and Analytics (PTA) organization in adopting developer-centric AI tools (Claude Code, MCP, plugins, skills, hooks). The Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) embeds directly with a PTA cohort â Point of Care, Risk, Data, or another team â to unblock AI adoption on the ground: shipping plugins and skills tailored to that teamâs workflows, integrating their tools through the MCP Gateway, and turning hard-won lessons into reusable patterns for the broader platform. This is the role for engineers who think like internal consultants: meet teams where they are, build what they need today, and feed durable wins back into the marketplace and installer that the rest of Aledade depends on.
Embed with a PTA cohort and ship targeted enablement. Pair with engineers, PMs, and analysts on the assigned team; build plugins, skills, hooks, and connectors that solve their highest-friction workflows; measure adoption and impact.
Productize wins into the platform. Generalize cohort-specific work into reusable plugins, skill templates, and patterns published to the Claude Code Plugin Marketplace; document authorship guides; reduce the activation cost for the next cohort.
Integrate new tools through the MCP Gateway + AWS connector layer. Add and harden MCP server integrations (Glean, Slack, Jira, Snowflake, Salesforce, Databricks, etc.) to the gateway; partner with security and platform owners on auth/scopes/observability.
Feed back to the platform team and AI Unlock program. Contribute to roadmap and quarterly milestones; participate in office hours and brownbags as a practitioner; surface blockers (security, BAA, cost, throttling) early.
Support adoption health. Help close the long tail of repos with no .claude/ config; mentor cohort engineers on agentic-coding patterns; on-call rotation for marketplace-published artifacts.
BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
5+ years professional software engineering experience
Production experience with at least one modern application stack (Python, TypeScript/Node, Go, or similar) and modern CI/CD.
Demonstrated ability to ship end-to-end in unfamiliar codebases â e.g., consulting, forward-deployed, solutions, or platform-adjacent backgrounds.
Direct hands-on experience with one or more agentic coding tools in a production or near-production setting (Claude Code, Cursor, Cody, Copilot agents, Aider, or equivalent).
Strong written communication: comfortable producing documentation, runbooks, and educational artifacts for engineers who werenât in the room.
Experience authoring or maintaining MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, Claude Code plugins, skills, hooks, or comparable LLM-tooling integrations.
Background in healthcare technology, HIPAA-regulated environments, or PHI-handling systems.
Prior FDE / customer-facing engineering / solutions architect / TPM-with-IC-chops experience.
Familiarity with Aledadeâs stack (Python/FastAPI, Vue/TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, Auth0, Datadog, Sumo Logic) is a plus but not required.
Experience integrating tools through API gateways, OAuth/M2M flows, or service meshes.
Comfort across the full stack (frontend/backend/infra) â FDE work doesnât honor team boundaries.
Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
We may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help organize and evaluate application materials. These tools support our recruiters and hiring managers by helping manage large applicant pools. Human judgment plays an essential role in our hiring process, including in the oversight and use of any automated tools. If you would like more information about our screening and hiring process, please contact us.

Embeds with enterprise customers to deploy agentic AI platforms end-to-end, write production code, and drive technical outcomes in complex environments.
Location: London
Office requirement: 2 days in the office - Significant travel required
Employment type: Permanent
Seniority level: Principal
At GWI weâre always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now weâre looking for an Forward Deployed Engineer to play a key role in our Solutions Consultants Team in London. If thatâs you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.
As our Lead / Principal Forward Deployed Engineer youâll be embedded directly with our most strategic accounts, owning the end-to-end technical deployment of our agentic AI platform. This isnât a support role, and it isnât a solutions consultant with a fancy title â youâll write production code, own technical outcomes, and be the reason our biggest customers succeed and expand. Youâll operate with the autonomy of a founding engineer and the commercial instinct of a GTM leader.
A few things youâll be responsible for:
đ Embed with our Tier 1 enterprise accounts and own end-to-end deployments of our agentic AI platform â from discovery through to production, including bespoke integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automations.
đ Lead AI agents into production in complex environments (legacy systems, security, compliance), turning cutting-edge capability into measurable business outcomes.
đ Partner with Enterprise AEs in late-stage sales cycles â leading proof-of-concept builds and assessing technical readiness to de-risk and accelerate the close.
đ Surface patterns from the field and feed them back to product and engineering, acting as the bridge between customer reality and roadmap.
đ Build out the FDE practice as it scales: repeatable deployment playbooks, success metrics, and mentoring mid-level FDEs.
Itâs also fun; shaking things up is what working for GWI is all about. Youâll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment.
Youâll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You donât have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that youâre willing to learn.
Hereâs what the team will be looking for in you:
đ Significant experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a customer-facing technical role â with meaningful time spent shipping production code in complex enterprise environments.
đ Demonstrable experience deploying AI or data-heavy products into large organisations â real production deployments, not just POCs.
đ Strong full-stack or backend engineering fundamentals: Python essential, plus comfort across APIs, SQL, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data pipelines.
đ The ability to work through ambiguity and turn it into a concrete technical plan.
đ Clear communication across technical and business audiences â you can tailor the same idea for an engineering lead and a commercial stakeholder.
đ Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK and Europe (approximately 30â50% of the time).
Nice to have:
đ Hands-on experience with LLM deployment, AI agents, or agentic workflow automation.
đ A background in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI-native company.
đ Experience in one or more of GWIâs core verticals: financial services, media & agencies, consumer goods, or technology.
đ Prior experience in an FDE, solutions architect, or technical account management function at a company with a named-account enterprise motion.
Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and theyâre a big part of what weâre looking for in you.
At GWI, youâll find meaningful work, visible impact, and a culture that empowers you to do your best. Our package includes:
đ´ Time to recharge â 25 daysâ annual leave, plus office closures over the holidays.
đ§ Health & wellbeing â Health cash plan, enhanced family benefits, carer days, and mental health support.
đ¸ Financial benefits â Competitive salary, 4% pension matching, and recognition programs that celebrate success.
đĄ Flexibility & balance â Flexitime, early Friday finishes, hybrid and remote options, plus a âwork from homeâ budget.
đŞ Career growth â Accredited learning, leadership development, and global career mobility.
đ Community & impact â DE&I initiatives, volunteering opportunities, donation matching, and payroll giving.
Put all that together and GWI is the friendliest, most fulfilling place any of us has ever worked.
Diversity is fundamental to who we areâboth as a data company and as a workplace. Our data reflects global realities, and so must our teams. We strive to ensure our workforce is as diverse and inclusive as the insights we provide to our clients.
As a Disability Confident employer, we welcome applications from disabled candidates and are committed to providing all necessary adjustments during the hiring process. We also actively encourage applications from underrepresented and marginalized communities.
At GWI, you will find a place where you can contribute meaningfully, grow professionally, and belong fully.

Senior full-stack developer who directs AI agents to build internal tools and external services, validates AI-generated code, and owns the product lifecycle for a trucking compliance business.
We are a trucking compliance business started in 1973. In the last 4 years weâÂÂve successfully transitioned from DOS systems and dot matrix printers to streamlined processes and web-based systems using contract developers and our own technical abilities. About 18 months ago, the owner started vibing with Replit Agent and Claude Code to ship internal tools, integrations, and web applications across our brands. While thatâÂÂs been fruitful as a proof-of-concept, the business owner is currently the primary builder, which is a terrible spot for a business owner to be.
We are looking for our first technical hire. A senior-level Full-Stack Developer who wants to get into the weeds and ship some cool internal systems and external services. We need a "Builder-in-Chief" to own the entire product lifecycle. YouâÂÂll embed with the client service team to identify friction points, help design the solution, and direct AI agents to execute the build. WeâÂÂll make sure you have the tools and an environment to do your best work.
You won't be writing every line of code by hand, but you must be a master of the craft to validate, refactor, and secure what the AI produces. Because of our âÂÂjust go with itâ strategy, our stack has gotten wide. WeâÂÂd like you to help us shape the stack going forward using your expertise. Our ecosystem currently includes:
We're a small company building real systems that help keep thousands of trucks on the road every day. If you're the kind of person who's energized by ownership, solving problems, and seeing the direct impact of what you build, we'd like to hear from you.

Who we are
At CarGurus (NASDAQ: CARG), our mission is to give people the power to reach their destination. We started as a small team of developers determined to bring trust and transparency to car shopping. Since then, our history of innovation and go-to-market acceleration has driven industry-leading growth. In fact, weâre the largest and fastest-growing automotive marketplace, and weâve been profitable for over 15 years.
What we do
The market is evolving, and we are too, moving the entire automotive journey online and guiding our customers through every step. That includes everything from the sale of an old car to the financing, purchase, and delivery of a new one. Today, tens of millions of consumers visit CarGurus.com each month, and ~30,000 dealerships use our products. But theyâre not the only ones who love CarGurusâour employees do, too. We have a people-first culture that fosters kindness, collaboration, and innovation, and empowers our Gurus with tools to fuel their career growth. Disrupting a trillion-dollar industry requires fresh and diverse perspectives. Come join us for the ride!
Role Overview
CarGurus is transforming how the company operates by embedding AI into workflows across every function â product, engineering, revenue, finance, support. Itâs a software engineering role where the domain is the entire business. Youâll work directly with teams across the org to understand how work actually gets done, identify where AI can change the unit of work or shift where judgment lives, and build the systems that make it real. Some of that is agent-based automation. Some of it is workflow redesign. All of it requires someone who can architect and ship production-quality software, not stitch together SaaS integrations. This is not a Salesforce developer, Boomi connector, or low-code/no-code position, nor is it an enterprise architect or ML model training role.
This is a small, high-autonomy team reporting to the Head of AI Solutions. Youâll have outsized influence on how a publicly traded company with ~$1B in revenue adopts AI â not as a pilot or a demo, but as a structural change in how the business runs. You will be successful here if you are a product-caliber engineer who finds internal workflow transformation genuinely interesting â not a consolation prize, but the most leveraged place to be right now. Youâd rather build something real that 200 people use tomorrow than something polished that ships in 6 months.

Builds internal AI agents and knowledge systems to enable the GTM organization to produce marketing artifacts at scale while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
Most product marketing job descriptions youâll read this week were written for the world before generative AI ate content production. This one wasnât.
Product marketing at Sift is being rebuilt around a thesis: the highest-leverage thing a modern PMM can do is not personally write the pitch deck, the launch one-pager, or the competitive battlecard. Itâs to build the knowledge systems, agents, and workflows that let the rest of the GTM org produce those artifacts at disproportionate throughput while maintaining our voice, our positioning, and grounded in the most current truth we have about ourselves, our market, and our buyers.
Weâre hiring a Product Marketing Manager, someone whose primary craft is building. Youâll work horizontally across all four of Siftâs product lines in service of our existing PMMs and the broader Marketing, Sales, and CS organizations.
If youâve already shipped an internal agent on Glean, Claude, custom GPTs, or anywhere else and you can talk fluently about why your evals matter more than your prompts, keep reading.
Build the source-of-truth substrate. Audit, organize, and unify what Sift knows about its products, competitors, ICP segments, sales motion, win/loss patterns, and customer language. Decide what lives where, what gets retired, what needs to be created, and what needs to be made machine-readable instead of just human-readable.
Ship internal agents that move the needle. Identify the GTM workflows where an agent saves the most hours per week or unlocks the most consistency: competitive Q&A for AEs, first-pass launch briefs, draft messaging for new campaigns, RFP support and build them. Measure adoption and quality. Iterate.
Equip the PMM team to operate at higher leverage. Help evolve the product marketing organization to focus less on hand-crafted deliverables and more on activities with strategic importance: sales enablement, message refinement, and researching the competitive landscape.
Set evaluation standards. Define how we measure agent quality at Sift: accuracy, voice fidelity, helpfulness, hallucination rate. Make sure what we ship gets better over time, not just bigger.
Be the teamâs AI tooling lead. Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new AI tools as the landscape shifts. Build the relationships and the muscle so weâre early to what matters and skeptical of what doesnât.
Youâre someone for whom the last two years have been a step function in what you can produce. Youâve built things for fun, for past jobs, on the side. Not âI asked ChatGPT to write a term paperâ things. Real things: an agent your old team still uses, a workflow that saved you a significant time, a custom GPT that does one job exceptionally well.
Specifically:
3â8 years in product marketing, content strategy, sales enablement, marketing ops, growth, or an adjacent role where you produced GTM artifacts and felt firsthand where the work was repetitive
Youâve shipped at least one internal AI assistant, whether Glean, Claude, custom GPT, or similar that other people actually used, and you can speak to the design decisions you made
Comfortable with prompt engineering, retrieval design, and evaluation frameworks. You know why a system prompt isnât a JD, and why âlooks good to meâ isnât an eval
Have evaluated and selected AI tools for a team before, including the unfun parts: vendor procurement, auditing outputs, and getting people to actually use the thing
Fraud, trust & safety, or risk industry background strongly preferred. Time on the buy side, the sell side, or at a Sift competitor or adjacent player is a real plus
You write well. You can hold a brand voice. Youâre not allergic to positioning, messaging, or launches, you just believe the leverage point has shifted
Youâre comfortable being early. This role is being invented in real time, and your second month here will not look like your first
Bonus signals (not requirements):
Light coding fluency: you can read and modify Python or JavaScript, are comfortable with APIs, and have wired things together via MCP, Zapier, n8n, or similar
Specific experience with Anthropicâs Claude: Projects, Skills, Agents, or the API
Youâve written or spoken publicly about your AI work
Someone whose primary excitement is owning a product lineâs positioning and writing its narrative deck.
Someone who treats AI as a productivity hack instead of a craft. We want people who think about agents the way good PMs think about products.
Generalist enthusiasm without shipped work. The bar here is âshow me what you built,â not âtell me what youâve read.â
Send your resume and include a link to or write-up of something youâve built. A Claude Project, a Glean assistant, a custom GPT, a screencast of a workflow, a GitHub rep. Give us anything where we can see how you think when youâre designing for a user that isnât you. One real thing beats ten polished bullet points.
Applications without a âwhat I builtâ artifact will get less attention than those with one.
Letâs build it together:
At Sift, we are intentionally building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. We believe that diversity drives innovation, equity is a fundamental right, and inclusion is a basic human need. We envision a place where all Sifties feel secure sharing their authentic selves and diverse experiences with their teams, their customers, and their community â ultimately using this empowerment and authenticity to build trust and create a safer Internet.
