Project Management Quality Assurance Lead Consultant at NeuraFlash

QA Lead Consultant owns end-to-end quality strategy and testing execution across multi-cloud Salesforce and AWS Connect implementations, leading QA program setup and quality gates.

Senior Posted about 5 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Why NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture:

At NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, we are redefining the future of business through the power of AI and groundbreaking technologies like Agentforce. As a trusted leader in AI, Amazon, and Salesforce innovation, we craft intelligent solutions—integrating Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, Agentforce and more—to revolutionize workflows, elevate customer experiences, and deliver tangible results. From conversational AI to predictive analytics, we empower organizations to stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape with cutting-edge, tailored strategies.

We are proud to be creating the future of generative AI and AI agents. Salesforce has launched Agentforce, and NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, was selected as the only partner for the private beta prior to launch. Post-launch, we’ve earned the distinction of being Salesforce’s #1 partner for Agentforce, reinforcing our role as pioneers in this transformative space.

Be part of the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture journey and help shape the next wave of AI-powered transformation. Here, you’ll collaborate with trailblazing experts who are passionate about pushing boundaries and leveraging technologies like Agentforce to create impactful customer outcomes. Whether you’re developing advanced AI-powered bots, streamlining business operations, or building solutions using the latest generative AI technologies, your work will drive innovation at scale. If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is the place for you.

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on QA Lead Consultant to own end-to-end quality strategy for a large, multi-stream Salesforce and AWS Connect program. You’ll serve as the quality gatekeeper across functional, SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, performance, load and go-live activities — while equally comfortable stepping in as a hands-on contributor — leading by example, not just by direction.

You’ll lead quality across multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Revenue, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Digital Experience, Service Cloud Voice, etc.) and AWS Connect contact center implementations, including IVR telephony, enterprise integrations, and GenAI/Agentic AI features.

Key Responsibilities

QA Strategy & Leadership

  • Independently define and stand up the QA program from scratch — QA charter, tool setup, test strategy, quality gates, and release readiness criteria — without waiting for direction
  • Serve as the single QA point of contact for clients, program managers, and technical leads simultaneously, acting as a trusted quality advisor with a seat at the program table
  • Lead and mentor QA teams of 5+ members while seamlessly stepping in as a hands-on contributor when the project demands it — leading by example, not just by direction
  • Own QA program management end-to-end — resource planning, risk management, defect governance, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder reporting
  • Proactively maintain live QA dashboards and independently prepare QA status reports for weekly program reviews, steering committees, and go/no-go decisions — without being asked
  • Define and track quality KPIs — defect escape rate, test coverage, automation ROI, and cycle time — raising risks and blockers before they become program issues
  • Coordinate environment and release strategy — managing sandbox and staging environments, collaborating with DevOps/release teams on deployment schedules, change sets, and testing windows
  • Lead go-live readiness assessments — compiling test completion metrics, open defect risk summaries, and formal sign-off documentation
  • Own hypercare QA support post-launch — triaging production issues, coordinating hotfix validation, and maintaining a known issues log with clear severity assessments communicated to stakeholders
  • Apply sampling strategies, accuracy benchmarking, and prompt regression testing to validate LLM-powered and Agentic AI features; leverage GenAI tools to accelerate test case generation, documentation, and overall QA productivity

Test Design & Execution

  • Independently author detailed, scenario-based test cases and traceability matrices mapped to SOW scope — covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT cycles across all workstreams
  • Write thorough negative, boundary, and edge case scenarios across complex multi-cloud and contact center workflows — not just happy path coverage
  • Lead exploratory testing for complex and ambiguous workflows, applying risk-based judgment to prioritize coverage where business impact is highest
  • Validate platform configurations, business rules, routing logic, automation workflows, integration touchpoints, and data flows across the full solution stack
  • Own end-to-end testing of integration layers — API request/response validation, middleware transformations, screen pop behavior, and bidirectional data sync across connected systems
  • Lead SIT, E2E, UAT, regression, performance, load, and go-live testing activities across all release cycles
  • Facilitate UAT readiness sessions with business stakeholders — walking through test scenarios, supporting non-technical users, and driving structured sign-off
  • Own full defect lifecycle — creation, triage, prioritization, SLA tracking, root cause tagging, and trend analysis — enforcing defect governance and escalation protocols throughout
  • Produce meaningful defect health reports and quality metrics summaries for program leadership and client stakeholders at every stage of the delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in QA engineering with at least 4 years of hands-on experience on Salesforce and/or AWS Connect implementations
  • Led QA on at least two enterprise Salesforce multi-cloud programs managing 5+ direct QA team members
  • Hands-on lead experience delivering at least one contact center and IVR telephony project using Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, or comparable platforms such as Twilio, Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a solo QA owner in early project phases — building the program independently before scaling the team
  • Exposure to Contact Center and ITSM domains strongly preferred

Tools & Technical Skills

  • Test Management & Planning: Proficient with enterprise test management tools including Jira/Xray, Azure DevOps, Zephyr Scale, TestRail, or qTest
  • Defect Tracking & Governance: Strong command of Jira for end-to-end defect lifecycle management
  • CI/CD & DevOps-Aware Testing: Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps for pipeline configuration, automated test triggers, and deployment tracking. Proficient with Git-based version control — GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket — for managing test scripts, automation frameworks, and configuration files
  • Test Automation & Performance Testing: Experience with UI automation tools for functional and regression test coverage. Proficient in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI. Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools
  • GenAI & Productivity Tools: Actively leverages GenAI productivity tools — Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT — for test case generation, test data creation, and QA documentation acceleration
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Confluence for QA documentation, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive and SharePoint for distributed team coordination and stakeholder communication

Soft Skills & QA Leadership

  • Trusted Advisor Presence — Earns client confidence through expertise, transparency, and consistent delivery; comfortable challenging scope and requirements constructively when testability or clarity is lacking
  • Radical Ownership — Takes full accountability for quality outcomes across the program; doesn’t wait to be told what to test next and never passes the problem to someone else
  • Hands-On Leadership — Leads by doing; equally comfortable mentoring junior team members and personally drafting and executing test cases on the same day
  • Proactive Risk Management — Anticipates quality risks, raises blockers early, and brings solutions — not just problems — to every stakeholder conversation
  • Composed Under Pressure — Navigates defect escalations, client concerns, and delivery conflicts with professionalism, sound judgment, and a calm, steady presence
  • Intellectually Curious — Invests time to deeply understand the business process being tested, not just the technical specification; asks the right questions before writing the first test case
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity — Makes risk-based quality decisions and writes meaningful test cases even when requirements are incomplete or evolving
  • Finisher Mentality — Drives every test cycle through to formal sign-off and release; not someone who starts strong and disengages before the finish line
  • Clear Communicator — Articulates QA status, risks, and recommendations clearly and confidently to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders

Collaborative Coach — Develops junior QA team members, supports client UAT efforts, and fosters a quality-first culture across the entire program team

Project Management Staff Technical Program Manager, NPI at Agility Robotics

Owns end-to-end new product implementation governance for hardware robotics programs, defining phase gates, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring requirements discipline from concept through production.

Senior Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Agility’s commercially deployed humanoids operate alongside teams in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers—tackling physically demanding and repetitive tasks while enabling workers to focus on higher-value work. With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we’re pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential.

About the Role

Agility Robotics is building humanoid robots at scale — and the rigor of how we develop them matters as much as the technology itself. As Senior Technical Program Manager, NPI, you will shape company-level investments by owning the end-to-end governance of how Agility takes hardware from concept through production: defining and facilitating the Product Development Process (PDP), ensuring cross-functional teams understand their role in it, driving requirements discipline at every phase, and making sure gate reviews happen on evidence, not momentum.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Program Management, you will operate within the Operations PM team as the primary owner of NPI program governance. This role is right for someone who has walked into a live, complex hardware program, built situational awareness fast, and started driving outcomes within weeks. You will need to earn credibility with engineers, hold teams accountable to deliverables, and be recognized as the face of the program.

About the Work

NPI Process Development & Phase Gate Governance

  • Design and own the New Product Implementation Process that is right for Agility — from phase gate structure and entry/exit criteria through readiness reviews and formal decision records.
  • Prepare and lead gate readiness assessments for leadership. These are data driven conclusions on whether the program is ready to proceed.
  • Define and enforce governance cadence across programs: regular execution reviews, risk reviews, executive briefings, and rapid-resolution forums when issues escalate.  Distill updates into a simple story for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) updates.
  • Maintain a decision log for every material phase gate decision — what was decided, who decided it, what alternatives were considered, and what evidence supported the call.
  • Champion continuous improvement of the process itself. Drive lessons learned at each phase gate and feed them back into the process.

Requirements Definition & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Ensure requirements are defined, documented, and validated before programs advance through phase gates.
  • Work with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other teams as needed to surface and resolve requirement gaps early, before they become schedule or quality problems.
  • Translate business and operational needs into structured requirements that program teams and technical leads can act on without coming back for clarification.
  • Drive DFx requirements into the design process at the right phase.

Schedule & Risk Management

  • Own and maintain the integrated program schedule across active development programs.
  • Own the risk register: identification, structured assessment, response planning, and active monitoring. Know which risks are heating up before leadership asks.
  • Drive formal change control — evaluate schedule and scope impact before changes are accepted and maintain full traceability.

Stakeholder Communication & Influence

  • Serve as the primary voice on PDP status, phase gate readiness, and program risk to leadership.
  • Establish a unified assessment and executive level update representing the state of health of the program.  Identify and highlight critical dependencies across multiple activities that have material impact to program trajectory and attainment.
  • Represent PDP governance in cross-functional program reviews and leadership forums.

Process Maturity & Standards

  • Identify gaps in how the NPI ramp process is understood and applied across teams and drive targeted interventions — training, documentation, tooling, or governance changes — to close them.  Execute to a Fit-for-Purpose plan that ensures cross functional orchestration as well coincident with rigorous execution.
  • Build and maintain the program management playbook for the NPI ramp process at Agility: templates, gate checklists, risk frameworks, and decision tools that the organization can rely on.
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations leadership to ensure the NPI process is treated as a functional requirement of the business.

About You

  • 10 - 12  years of direct hands on experience working in a cross functional Technical Program Management role launching complex integrated hardware/software products in the automotive, robotics, consumer electronics, or aerospace industries
  • You have significant experience managing hardware product development programs — across phase gates, EVT/DVT/PVT cycles, manufacturing readiness, and cross-functional execution — and can demonstrate a track record of programs that shipped.
  • You have owned a phase gate process, not just participated in one. You know what good entry/exit criteria look like, what a credible evidence package requires, and how to hold a gate review that delivers results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Advanced Degree preferred.
  • You are comfortable owning work across different program types. NPI governance is your primary domain, but you can pick up an operational program.

  • You communicate clearly and precisely — in writing, in reviews, and in executive forums — and you adjust your framing based on who is in the room and what decision they need to make.

Bonus Points

Project Management Staff Technical Program Manager, NPI at Agility Robotics

Owns end-to-end New Product Implementation process governance for hardware robotics programs, defining phase gates, conducting readiness assessments, and driving cross-functional alignment from concept to production.

  • You work well and influence at all levels of the organization—from peers to VPs.
  • You operate autonomously. You can absorb a complex, in-flight program environment, build your own situational awareness, and start driving outcomes from day 1.

Project Management Technical Program Manager Data Science at Figma

Technical Program Manager owns end-to-end delivery of Figma's Self-Serve Analytics initiative, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving adoption of data self-service tools.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you’re brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you’re excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!

Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life — and Data Science is central to how we measure, improve, and scale it. We’re on a mission to make data self-serve for every Figmate: moving from a world where every data question requires filing a request to a DS or DE, to one where anyone can ask a question in plain language and get a trustworthy answer in minutes. We’re hiring Figma’s first dedicated Technical Program Manager for Data Science to own that mission — driving our multi-phase Self-Serve Analytics program from semantic layer expansion through the Figma Data Assistant, while building the operational foundation for a growing DS org.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Own end-to-end program delivery for Figma’s Self-Serve Analytics initiative that includes semantic layer expansion, Slack bot launch, automated eval framework, and the Figma Data Assistant
  • Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, DS ICs, Security, IT, and business stakeholders (Sales, Product, Finance, Research) to expand self-serve data coverage and drive adoption
  • Lead the governance and security work stream: work with Security and IT on LLM data access policies, PII guardrails, access controls, and LLM provider approvals
  • Drive adoption and change management — build champion networks, run training programs, and meet Figmates where they work (Slack, Notion) to shift from request-based to self-serve data culture
  • Build and maintain DS org operations: planning cycles, headcount tracking, onboarding programs, and team rhythms for a growing org
  • Own program-level success metrics: % of data questions answered via self-serve, time-to-insight, DS ad-hoc request volume reduction
  • Work closely with peer TPMs & Data Scientists (AI, Infra, Performance) to coordinate on overlapping platform programs and shared data infrastructure needs

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience (or equivalent) driving data infrastructure, analytics platform, or data democratization programs
  • Hands-on experience with modern data stacks: you’re comfortable discussing semantic layers, data catalogs, BI tooling (Hex, Sigma), and AI-powered query interfaces (Cortex Analyst, RAG) at a program level
  • A track record of driving adoption — not just shipping internal tools, but changing behavior across technical and non-technical audiences through change management, enablement, and champion programs
  • Strong cross-functional program delivery: planning, dependency management, stakeholder alignment across deeply distributed teams

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Hands-on familiarity with dbt, Snowflake Semantic Views, Acryl, Dagster, or similar data engineering tooling
  • Experience building or scaling eval frameworks for AI-generated outputs (golden SQL, accuracy dashboards, regression detection)
  • Background in data-driven product analytics or developer tools — understanding of how DS ICs work with PMs and EMs and driving alignment on requirements
  • Strong bias to action, self-motivation and curiosity, with a desire to bring people together in a fast-paced environment

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Figma’s compensation and benefits are subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Base Salary Range:

$185,000—$317,000 USD

Project Management Senior Project Manager Streaming Intelligence & Data Platform at PlayOn Sports

Senior Project Manager drives execution and coordination across AI-powered streaming and data platform initiatives, partnering with product leadership to translate vision into structured feature delivery.

Senior Posted 6 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

PlayOn Sports is the leading platform for high school sports media, streaming live games to millions of fans and powering the next generation of prep sports experiences. We partner with schools, state associations, and athletic programs across the country to bring every play to every fan, wherever they are.

PlayOn is investing heavily in its computer vision and artificial intelligence pipeline—transforming raw game footage into highlights, text recaps, statistics, and play-by-play breakdowns. This Streaming Intelligence initiative sits at the intersection of live video, machine learning, and high school sports fandom, and it has the potential to fundamentally change how fans experience prep sports.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive execution and operational excellence across this AI-powered product line. You will partner directly with the Principal Product Manager who owns the Streaming Intelligence roadmap -  translating their product vision and vendor strategy into structured feature delivery where you will executive against the plans, orchestrate cross-team coordination, and provide transparent progress reporting.

You’ll be embedded in a team working with vision AI models, benchmarking pipelines, and ML vendor integrations. You need to be comfortable in this world: understanding model accuracy tradeoffs, pipeline architecture, and the iterative nature of AI product development. In addition to the Streaming Intelligence product line, this role will serve as a key delivery partner to PlayOn’s Data Platform team (DPT), modernizingour data warehouse and analytics infrastructure. The DPT is shifting from foundational buildout to platform leverage: powering self-serve analytics, real-time data capabilities, and agentic AI enablement across the business.

The Outcomes You’ll Deliver:

  • High-impact, high-visibility work. You’ll be at the center of PlayOn’s most strategic AI and data investments—spanning both the Streaming Intelligence product line and the Data Platform—with direct exposure to executive leadership and board-level initiatives.
  • A true partnership model. You’ll work hand-in-hand with a Principal PM who owns strategy and vision, giving you the context to drive execution with purpose—not just process.
  • AI isn’t a buzzword here. PlayOn is actively building AI into how we work and what we ship. You’ll be embedded in that transformation from day one.
  • Real-world scale. PlayOn streams tens of thousands of live high school games annually. Your work will directly impact how millions of fans experience their athletes’ moments.
  • Mission that matters. High school athletes don’t have broadcast deals or highlight reels—yet. You’ll help change that.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Serve as the primary delivery partner for the Streaming Intelligence product line and DPT, converting roadmap priorities into actionable project plans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies.
  • Co-own quarterly and annual planning with the Principal PM—from ideation through go-to-market—ensuring engineering capacity, vendor timelines, and business priorities are aligned.
  • Track and report on product line KPIs defined by the Principal PM (accuracy benchmarks, processing latency, content coverage, downstream adoption) and surface risks or deviations early.
  • Partner with the data team on agentic AI enablement—coordinating efforts to surface data models and semantic views to the broader business through AI-powered interfaces, including usage tracking and accuracy assurance.
  • Manage delivery cadence for platform infrastructure initiatives including data governance rollouts, real-time streaming capabilities, and pipeline migration efforts—tracking phased delivery across multiple months with clear metrics of success.

AI/ML Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end program management for AI pipeline initiatives, including the game film analysis benchmarking program that evaluates vision models (e.g., Gemini Flash, Gemini Pro) against human-tagged ground truth across 28+ annotated fields per play.
  • Manage the cadence of model evaluation cycles: coordinating game imports, prompt engineering iterations, accuracy scoring, and cost analysis across multiple AI models.
  • Drive vendor integration workstreams—tracking deliverables, SLAs, and roadmap alignment with external computer vision and AI partners alongside the Principal PM.
  • Build and maintain project documentation for hybrid human-AI workflows, including escalation paths for ambiguous plays, quality review processes, and fallback handling.

Cross-Team Coordination & Governance

  • Facilitate cross-team visibility across product, engineering, data, design, and QA to ensure aligned execution mapping back to PlayOn’s unified product objectives: Engaged Communities, Resilient Services, and New Customer Markets.
  • Own dependency mapping, risk management, and blocker resolution for strategic AI initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level communications that increase transparency of engineering progress to the broader business.
  • Provide governance and optimization for Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to ensure standardized workflows, consistent estimation practices, and clear traceability from strategy to execution.

Operational Excellence & AI-Forward Delivery

  • Champion operational improvements to planning cycles, stakeholder coordination, cross-org meetings, and feedback loops—creating transparency through standardized tooling and repeatable frameworks.
  • Actively incorporate AI tools (e.g., Claude, automation platforms) into your own delivery workflows: automating status reports, synthesizing meeting notes, generating risk analyses, and accelerating documentation.
  • Contribute to PlayOn’s broader AI maturity journey by demonstrating AI-augmented delivery practices that can be adopted across the PMO and engineering organization.

To thrive in this role, you have

  • 6–8+ years of experience in project or program management within software engineering environments, with a strong grasp of both the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical programs involving AI/ML, data platforms, or similarly complex technical domains—you understand model evaluation, data pipeline architecture, medallion/layered data modeling concepts, and iterative development cycles.
  • Working fluency with AI/ML concepts and modern data platforms: you can follow discussions about model accuracy, prompt engineering, token economics, semantic layers, data governance, and human-in-the-loop workflows without needing everything translated.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with senior product leaders, translating strategic vision into structured delivery plans and holding cross-functional teams accountable to commitments.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage engineers, ML vendors, and non-technical stakeholders with equal effectiveness.
  • Deep familiarity with agile methodologies and experience managing initiatives with multiple teams, external partners, and moving parts.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tooling. Experience establishing governance standards and optimizing workflows across teams.
  • An AI-forward personal practice—you already use AI tools to accelerate your own work and can demonstrate how automation improves delivery outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience with computer vision, video processing, or media pipeline programs (encoding, segmentation, metadata extraction).
  • Familiarity with vendor management for AI/ML services, including evaluating model performance, negotiating SLAs, and managing integration timelines.
  • Background in sports media, sports data, or adjacent domains (prep sports, broadcast, sports tech).
  • Exposure to modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Hightouch, Kafka) and event-driven architectures, including familiarity with medallion architecture patterns (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
  • Experience with OKRs, KPIs, or strategic planning frameworks in a product-led organization.
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants, agentic workflows, or process automation tools beyond basic prompt usage.

How You Play

  • Ownership over Participation- You take responsibility for achieving holistic outcomes, prioritize key objectives, and adapt quickly when situations require a different approach. You follow through even against the toughest challenges.

  • Team over Stars- You are a bridge builder, establishing processes and relationships with teams outside your own. You work to rally around common goals, find win-win solutions, compromise when necessary, and help others succeed.

  • Growth over Comfort- You are driven by a desire to grow and actively seek opportunities to expand your comfort zone, skills, and confidence. You embrace new challenges with curiosity, accepting discomfort and failure as opportunities to learn.

  • Fairness over Popularity- You approach decisions with a scientist’s mindset, challenging your assumptions and remaining objective. You consider long-term impact rather than relying on short-term gains, proactively seek others’ perspectives, and manage emotions in decision-making.

PlayOn is where high school sports come to life. Through GoFan, NFHS Network, and MaxPreps, we give every fan a front-row seat to the moments that matter most: the buzzer-beaters, the comeback wins, the senior nights, the rivalries that define a town.

We built our technology for the people who live and breathe high school athletics — the parents who never miss a game, the alumni still cheering from across the country, the communities that show up week after week. From buying tickets to watching a live stream to reliving the highlights, we make it simple to stay close to the sports and the athletes you love most.

Backed by KKR, we build the technology that powers high school athletics from the inside out: Schools trust us to handle ticketing, streaming, fundraising, concessions, merchandise, and more so the people running programs can stay focused on the athletes and fans we all serve together.

We’re a growth-stage company on a mission to make high school sports more accessible, more memorable, and more connected than ever before.

When being there means everything, we make sure you never miss a moment.

Why You’ll Love Working at PlayOn

Product, potential, and people. We’re a leader in the high school event space, constantly evolving our product to meet the needs of administrators. We focus on solving real challenges, learning quickly, and creating impactful solutions.

This is a growth-stage company, meaning your contributions have real impact. You’ll have opportunities to grow your skills, tackle meaningful problems, and make a difference in the lives of schools and the students and fans they serve.

Our culture is built on accountability, collaboration, growth, and fairness. We don’t just show up—we show up for each other. Everyone wears the same jersey, and we play hard, make the extra pass, and cheer one another on. Losses teach us, challenges motivate us, and persistence drives us forward. We value integrity over shortcuts, choosing to do what’s right even when it’s hard. Together, we strive to be better every day—because we know that’s how we win as a team.

As Program Manager, AI Enablement, you own the programs that make that happen: the networks, resources, and rhythms that move Chimers from knowing AI tools exist to actually changing how they work.  This is a program ownership role, not a coordination role. You come in with a problem and a scope, and you come back with the shape: narrative, roadmap, milestones, success metrics, operating cadence. The programs you run should be able to survive a week without you.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $138,000.00 and up to $190,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Own cross-functional AI enablement programs end-to-end (e.g., AI Champions network, onboarding and activation programs): design, operating cadence, stakeholder activation, and fluency outcomes
  • Go deep on workflow problems before proposing solutions — spend time understanding what’s actually slowing teams down, then design programs and tools that address the root cause
  • Partner directly with teams to build AI-enabled solutions — not just roll them out, but get hands-on in the design and build alongside the people doing the work
  • Set the health model for your programs from day one — success metrics, milestones, and status that lives on shared surfaces without anyone having to ask
  • Drive adoption of AAI-built tools and resources so Chimers can level up without going through AAI every time
  • Build and maintain self-serve enablement resources (e.g., playbooks, golden paths) that orgs can use independently
  • Lead change management for AI enablement work — training, comms, and activation that shifts behavior, not just awareness
  • Build documentation and governance into programs from the start, so nothing depend on you being in the room
  • Measure whether Chimers are actually working differently (fluency progression, adoption signals, and productivity tied to company goals) and report that to leadership
  • Foster collaboration between Product, Engineering, BizOps, and People teams to operationalize the future of work at Chime.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Experience taking ambiguous problems and building a program around them; narrative, roadmap, milestones, and operating cadence without waiting for structure to be provided
  • History of driving behavior change, not just program completion, and the judgment to know the difference between a launch and a result
  • Hands-on experience building or automating workflows using AI tools — able to walk through something personally built, what broke, and what changed as a result.
  • Experience owning large, distributed programs without direct authority over participants, and keeping them activated and accountable
  • Communication habits that keep stakeholders informed without them having to ask — status on shared surfaces, not surfaced reactively
  • Experience defining program health models upfront: success metrics, milestones, and measurement built in before launch, not retroactively
  • Comfort spending time in a problem before designing a solution
  • Familiarity with common productivity or workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion, etc)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience running ambassador, champion, or CoE programs; groups where you had no direct authority over participants but were accountable for their activation and outcomes
  • Background in enablement, L&D, or change management in a technology environment
  • Experience in an internal AI or enterprise AI adoption role
  • Hands-on experience with AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Glean, Claude, Cursor, Gemini)
  • Background in product operations, business operations, or technical program management.
  • Working knowledge of AI governance or Responsible AI principles.
