The LATAM BDR role is a launching pad for building strong sales fundamentals in a high-growth SaaS environment. What this looks like day-to-day

  • Pipeline generation: Generate new, high-quality sales-qualified meetings for Account Executives across LATAM markets. Your work creates pipeline that converts, not activity for its own sake.
  • Strategic outbound: Research target companies and the right personas within Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets. Use available sales data to identify regional trends, guide outreach decisions, and operate with ownership.
  • Multilingual campaigns: Create and run outbound campaigns across cold calling, marketing, email, social selling, and other channels. Execute outreach in English, Spanish, and Portuguese where needed, adapting tone and messaging for each market rather than translating word-for-word.
  • Content localization: Translate and localize outreach sequences, sales collateral, and prospecting materials from English into Spanish and/or Portuguese. Ensure messaging resonates culturally as well as linguistically.
  • AE partnership: Work directly with Account Executives to align on target accounts, pipeline generation strategies, and territory priorities. Create clean handoffs so AEs are set up for success across LATAM territories.
  • Platform fluency: Learn the Pendo platform well enough to demonstrate it credibly to prospective customers across markets. Speak clearly about why the platform matters and the value customers can gain from it.
  • CRM hygiene: Log activity accurately in Salesforce and use data to track your own performance. Measure progress against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and adjust your approach accordingly.

Position Overview

The Merchandising Representative will report to the Regional Manager and should possess sales qualities, serving as a true ambassador for the Celsius brand across our distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores.

They will be responsible for marketing Celsius products by means of new floor displays/signage and scheduling demos to attract customers and ensure that shelf space is properly managed.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives
  • Call on target accounts
  • Speak with Manager to sell in PDQ's, displays/end cap placement in store
  • Communicate sales leads and other incremental opportunities to Celsius territory manager
  • Expand product distribution as approved by the store manager within the guidelines of the account type
  • Ensure that account shelves, cold vault and stand-alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to designated brand flow
  • Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold space, warm shelf according to account guidelines. (Independent, chain, etc.)
  • Place point of sales materials as approved by account manager
  • Participate in new store openings and store reset support
  • Take pictures; include photos with reporting documents weekly
  • Conduct demos upon request
  • Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to help execute weekly /monthly planning
  • Communication as needed with territory sales manager/district manager/regional manager
  • Make 15-20 account calls per day
  • Track and complete all account calls within the Celsius sales app
  • Submit weekly work logs including mileage
  • Other records or documentation as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising. Prior experience in merchandising a plus
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work flexible hours, 40 hr. work week (Wednesday - Sunday)

Position Overview

  • Experience working with hyperscaler ecosystem or Cybersecurity vendors

Position Overview

The Merchandising Representative will report to the Regional Manager and should possess sales qualities, serving as a true ambassador for the Celsius brand across our distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores.

They will be responsible for marketing Celsius products by means of new floor displays/signage and scheduling demos to attract customers and ensure that shelf space is properly managed.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives
  • Call on target accounts
  • Speak with Manager to sell in PDQ's, displays/end cap placement in store
  • Communicate sales leads and other incremental opportunities to Celsius territory manager
  • Expand product distribution as approved by the store manager within the guidelines of the account type
  • Ensure that account shelves, cold vault and stand-alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to designated brand flow
  • Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold space, warm shelf according to account guidelines. (Independent, chain, etc.)
  • Place point of sales materials as approved by account manager
  • Participate in new store openings and store reset support
  • Take pictures; include photos with reporting documents weekly
  • Conduct demos upon request
  • Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to help execute weekly /monthly planning

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Representative to join our Bolt for Business team in Kyiv, Ukraine. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will help drive our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new leads.

About the role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in fueling Bolt for Business’ growth by identifying high-potential leads and setting up meetings for our sales team, while being responsible for engaging with prospects and nurturing relationships.

You’ll work closely with key team players to ensure a steady flow of opportunities, while also improving prospecting strategies and techniques.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Actively prospecting for new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable solutions.
  • Securing initial meetings or product demos with qualified leads for the sales team and ensuring a smooth handoff to the team.
  • Continuously optimizing your prospecting techniques and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, while tracking key metrics like meetings booked and Sales Accepted Leads (SAL).
  • Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Team Lead or Country Sales Manager, sharing insights on pipeline performance.

About you:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, preferably in an outbound lead generation or sales development role.
  • You’re highly motivated and driven by growth and team success.
  • You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and excel at building relationships with potential clients.
  • You’re fluent in English and Ukrainian.
  • You’re a creative problem solver with a proven track record in meeting top-of-the-funnel KPIs and driving lead conversion.
  • You have experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and you’re proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms.
